Top 5 Cryptocurrency Apps on iOS in Mexico, Q2 2024

In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 cryptocurrency apps on the iOS platform in Mexico exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of downloads and weekly active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Bitso - Buy bitcoin easily experienced fluctuations in downloads, starting at approximately 3.8K in early April and ending the quarter with around 4K downloads in the final week of June. Weekly active users showed a decline from around 20K at the beginning of April to about 16.5K at the end of June.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a varied trend in downloads, peaking at nearly 4K in late May before dropping to approximately 2.9K by the end of June. Weekly active users decreased from around 29.2K in early April to about 25.9K by the end of the quarter.

Sweat Wallet had an uneven download performance, starting strong with approximately 5.5K downloads in the first week of April but dropping significantly mid-quarter, only to recover slightly to around 426 downloads by the end of June. Weekly active users saw a decline from about 15K in early April to just over 10K in late June.

World App - Worldcoin Wallet showed a significant increase in downloads, starting with minimal numbers in April and peaking at around 2.7K in late May. Weekly active users rose from around 700 in early April to approximately 1.1K by the end of June.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether also saw an increase in downloads, beginning with minimal figures in early April and reaching about 1.8K in early June. The app's weekly active users grew from approximately 2K in early April to around 2.3K by the end of June.
